We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Sales Operations Coordinator. In this vital role, you will serve as a key support to our sales team by efficiently managing and processing sales-related tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, quick to adapt, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately input sales orders, work orders, quotations, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) to support the sales team and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Database Management: Enter and update sales notes in the ACT database, ensuring critical customer information is accurately captured and accessible.
  • Customer Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally, determine caller needs, and route calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Administrative Support: Assist sales staff with various tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, document handling, and follow-ups.
  • Quality Control: Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all data entry tasks and proactively review your work to ensure a low error rate. Correct mistakes promptly and implement best practices to improve overall accuracy.
  • Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple ongoing tasks and responsibilities without sacrificing quality or efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume data entry tasks with speed and precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to maintain a low error rate.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM databases (experience with ACT database or similar is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional correspondence and customer interaction.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes or systems when needed.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in sales support, administration, or data entry roles.
  • Familiarity with quotation and RMA processes is a plus.
